I’m crazy enough to be running a half marathon. Make a Move help people to make positive changes in their lives and improve their mental health using movement, music, mindfulness and a range of other creative and therapeutic techniques. 
My mental health has suffered more since I became a mum. Make a move have been supporting me, giving me confidence, acceptance and they just make me feel safe. Every mum who suffers with mental health need this group. And I’m raising money for them because I believe this charity brings so much support and guidance to the local communities and especially myself.
