We grow fruit and veg on public land - from the Health centre to the railway station, from Ferney Lee old people's home to community orchards. We have helped every school in Todmorden to grow both food and awareness. We are campaigning for better ways of providing local food, from the local market to producing local eggs (Every Egg matters). We hope for even bigger projects to produce local food, and to encourage people everywhere to grow and campaign for local food.

Because the production and consumption of food needs to change.

We are planting, growing and encouraging fruit, veg and new ideas. We want more local food to be grown and eaten. More people understanding the problem and trying to do something about it. Changes in organisations and ways of thinking, from licences to grow on spare land to finding ways for local farmers to sell to local markets and people.
