Keen is an amazing charity, working to provide free sports, activities, fun and games for kids with additional needs or disabilities. My girlfriend Joey and friend Bekki have been helping out from time to time as Coaches for many years, and neither can speak highly enough about the Saturdays they have spent one-on-one with the Athletes.
I’m going to run the Hackney Half Marathon without ever having run a long distance race before, with only 3 weeks to train, so feel free to donate any amount of money and I can promise it’s going to a worthwhile cause, and I’ll focus on getting over the finish line without humiliating myself too badly!
