Hey Everyone! As you can probably tell I've gone and signed up for the Hackney Half again! I'll be raising money again this year for KEEN London. For those of you who don't know KEEN London provide sports and games sessions with one to one support for children and young adults with disabilities.These sessions are offered to the families at no cost and give them a much needed break while the kids get to have some fun. Donating will allow this to continue and help grow KEEN allowing them to help more families and children. Does anyone remember playing parachute games when you were younger? Well the parachute is an iconic part of the sessions at KEEN and a firm favourite with coaches (volunteers) and Athletes (The children). This year a group of us will be running together with the aim of getting the iconic parachute around the entire route. I realise we sound mad. Anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated and if anyone has any tips for running with a parachute that would be great! Much love everyone and wish us luck! Mel Xx
