On October 16th we will be running the Birmingham Half Marathon and raising money for the charity 'Up and Downs'. It is a small, local charity based in Halesowen in the West Midlands and is a support group for families of children who have Down's Syndrome. I know this charity has been a great source of support and friendship for the amazing little boy Jude (pictured above with his equally amazing sister Jemima) and all of his family. If you have a moment, please read the charity's information below and, if you can, please donate so that they can continue the wonderful work they do. Thank you, Hannah & Grace
