I recently spent some time at The Collett School for children with complex learning difficulties and cognitive disabilities and saw first hand the amazing work they do there. As I walked around I noticed what a friendly, fun and safe learning environment it was and how happy the children were. However, I was told that the school is one of the lowest funded in Hertfordshire and how funding is still desperately needed for developing learning spaces, staffing and equipment.
I knew I wanted to help raise funds for the school if it meant enriching the children’s learning and enjoyment of life, so I am about to embark on an aerial adventure and fly 'on' a plane instead of 'inside' one.
I have set up this page to give my friends, family and colleagues the opportunity to contribute to this wonderful school to assist with their long term projects. Please donate whatever you can as any amount will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
