Hi!
I am taking on the KEEN ultimate challenge of running TWO half marathons the BIG Half and the Hackney Half, to raise money for KEEN London.
I am a regular volunteer with KEEN London, at their East London site in Hackney (they are also located in North and South London), and so know first hand what a great organisation it is and the difference it can have on the lives of the athletes we support.
KEEN London runs sports and games sessions, day trips and residential weekends with one-to-one support for children with disabilities and their siblings at no cost to their caregiver. Children and you people with disabilities face barriers to leisure activities as a result of inaccessible facilities, lack of support and provision, cost and social stigma. We aim to eliminate those barriers and provide a fun and supportive environment for all children, regardless of their level of need.
Our athletes have a mixture of disabilities, including autism, learning disabilities, Down's Syndrome, ADHD and Global Development Delay.
To see some of what we get up to:

I am aiming to raise £500 and any support you are able to give to my fundraising efforts will be much appreciated and going to a very worthy cause.
I really appreciate all of your support and thank you for any donations!
