My Daughter is in her final year, year 6. In this challenge, I would like to make two gains. I would like to raise money towards her legacy contribution for the school. We are aiming for an outdoor table tennis table. My other gain would be gradually gaining experience with teaching yoga. Therefore, I am offering classes for a donation towards this legacy.
I am a qualified fitness yoga teacher; however, I haven't taught yoga yet. I used to teach dance 25 years ago, but this is well forgotten. My passion is in body work and how to enhance health through movement and body awareness. I also did training in Osho meditations and Reiki, and this all has had a great impact on my life.
I am hoping that this final year for my daughter will be a great memory for her and her classmates, and that we can leave a memorable legacy behind us.
