Heart and Sole - Jo,Louise and Kate
We are three ordinary Mums who decided this year we needed to get fit. What better motivation did we need then this wonderful local charity Charlotte and Craig Saving Hearts Foundation. Rob, Maggie and their family are an inspiration to everyone they meet. Deciding to jump in with 2 (or 6) feet we have signed up for the London half marathon! Anyone that knows us would not have expected us to do this so please support us on our journey to the 1st March 2020. By doing this we hope we can bring more awareness to the importance of making defibrillators accessible to all and this fantastic Charity.
