The Hensons are running 10k for Sunshine & Smiles!

In July Paul and I will be running the Leeds 10k to raise money for Sunshine & Smiles. Sunshine & Smiles, Leeds Down syndrome network is a charity very close to our hearts and they have been an amazing source of friendship, support, advice and information since Teagan was born. We have attended groups since Teagan was only a few weeks old and we have met some incredible and inspirational people and made some great new friends. We have also attended speech and language sessions funded by Sunshine & Smiles. We have been training for a few months and anyone that knows me knows I am nooooo runner (Paul is obviously near professional level!) so if you can spare a pound or two please donate to this great cause that means so much to all of us.
