This service is open to individuals and their families who are residents of County Durham, who have been hospitalised, whether the hospital is in County Durham or outside of the county. Non perishable food (sufficient to last 3 days) will be provided by the foodbank network, with further support available if required.

Launched in 2016, this project helps those who are heading home after a spell in hospital and need help with essentials. The project provides help with food, fuel vouchers and debt advice.

Those leaving hospital will have the peace of mind knowing that there is help available for them should they require it, from food and fuel to debt advice
