This is a shout-out to my family and friends to help me raise money for a great cause ,a charity called ‘Hug in a Bag ‘ which gives an extra special hug for people suffering with breast cancer . With friends from my local running group we will be doing the great north Run 😳to help this charity .Any donations will be very grateful..
