Over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend 25-27th May 2013 I will be cycling 170 miles between Morecambe Bay and Bridlington, following the route of "The Way of the Roses". Tough going but nowhere near as tough as the circumstances of some of the clients of MK Money Lifeline which is a charity I volunteer with.

MK Money Lifeline is a Christian-based non-fee charging debt advice centre providing free and confidential help and advice on money and debt-related matters, to any person who requires it within the Milton Keynes area. It aims to move its clients to become debt-free and promotes healthy attitudes towards budgeting and dealing with money.

The first day's ride is 62 miles mostly uphill so as you can imagine the training is crucial!! I want to raise £1000 for MK Money Lifeline and hope that you can help me in this. I shall keep this page updated with how I get on.
