Simon Petley (July 1956-January 2026) loved his family, his 3 children and 5 Grandchildren. His Mum always loved his visits up to Chelmsford to see her.

Simon used to financially support the work of Bonny Downs as he wanted to make a positive difference to the lives of those in Newham. 

Bonny Downs create lasting difference to local people’s lives by addressing root causes of poverty, tackling isolation, encouraging healthier lifestyles, and promoting community cohesion.

Every donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference and create a lasting legacy in Simon's honour.
