Children are invited to spend a week with a volunteer host family during the Summer holidays. Families live throughout Scotland, from Shetland to the Borders,Skye and Moray. Many children are invited back annually by their host family and form strong bonds, which supports them through adolescence.

Families may be unable to afford a holiday, many children do not have the opportunity to see other parts of Scotland or enjoy extended family support outwith Glasgow. The children benefit from the support and relationships developed with volunteer host families and the experience of travel.

The children and hosts tell us that once again they had a lovely time. We are hoping to attract new volunteers to host a summer week for a child in 2011. If you are interested please contact us, we would be delighted to hear from you.
