On 24th June, I will be taking part in the 5k inflatable challenge event in Nottingham to raise money for the fantastic charity I volunteer for- POW Nottingham. POW is a small, local charity with a huge heart and passion for providing fantastic support to individuals individuals involved in, affected by or at risk of becoming involved in sex work.
POW provides a wide range of support and advice services; including: sexual health screening, drug prevention and intervention work, access to basic provisions such as warm food and clothing, referrals to mainstream services and an outreach team that targets the ‘hard to reach’ clients by providing services out in the community.
