Ivy is running the mini Great North Run in honour of her twin cousins Summer and Charley who both have Type 1 Diabetes! They have been supported by Type 1 Kidz group during their Type 1 journeys.
Type 1 Kidz provides support and education for children & young people living with Type 1 Diabetes in North East England. Type 1 Diabetes is a condition that has no prevention or cure and can be very difficult to manage, making the project really valuable to over 200 families that are involved.
