I have decided to run the Cardiff Half Marathon for Age Connects Morgannwg.

After working with charity over the last 12 months, it is inspiring to see the work they do for older people in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil and Bridgend. Some of these people have very little support outside of Age Connects Morgannwg, and I would love to help the charity in any small way I can.
