Theatre Nemo
I have watched my friend Isabel McCue build up a creative holistic mental health charity after her son took his own life on the 12th May 2000
John McCue was a lovely boy, gentle and kind.
Since john died nearly 17,000 other people in Scotland have taken their lives. We have to do more to bring this number down while at the same time supporting people to feel good about themselves.
Theatre Nemo creatively engages with all ages. The aim of Theatre Nemo is to break down barriers, give people a voice and support their recovery, Theatre Nemo have helped and supported many with their holistic approach to recovery .

The Beatson charity
This is a charity worth supporting. I recently lost two friends through cancer and have known many others who have been helped and supported through the great care at the Beatson charity .
This fundraiser will also be on the Beatson fundraising Page
I have grown my hair to 16 in. to donate to the little princess trust " Real hair wigs"
and the Rainbow Room has kindly offered to cut my hair and prepare it for sending to Little Princesses
