I am running the Bath Half Marathon to raise money for the amazing charity, Baby Check Bath.
Baby Check provide free postnatal osteopathic care to mums and babies from low income families living in Bath & North East Somerset.
The charity offers parents the opportunity to have their baby assessed and treated by a registered osteopath.
Osteopathy is used to help mums and babies with feeding, sleep and settling into the early weeks after birth.
Mums are also able to receive a free postnatal check and osteopathic treatment as part of the service.
I'm really happy to be running for such a great initiative,
