We did it!!! - http://www.sarsas.org.uk/sarsas-10k-champions/
I’ve recently been getting increasingly sweaty in tight fitting Lycra to push for a 10k finish time in the region of 45mins in this year’s Great Bristol 10k. (For a bit of perspective my time last year was 00:57:30.)
As I’ve improved I decided that a good motivator would be to pick a local charity to run on behalf of.
With this in mind I shall be running this Sunday’s 10k to help raise some money for a desperately deserving cause, namely SARSAS.
