I attended the DHI annual event in November and after watching the Love Runs Deep video felt inspired to fundraise for this great charity. Alcohol is a big part of our society so in order to see what affect drinking has on my life I've decided not to drink any alcohol during January 2017. I'm hoping that any money raised can contribute towards DHI's work in Bath & North East Somerset such as providing one-to-one counselling sessions so that clients can explore the reasons they turned to alcohol and how they can cut down or stop their use.
