Im running my first ever half marathon for the lovely Green Patch, a wonderful project managed by Groundwork Northamptonshire!
The Green Patch is a 2.5 acre site situated on the edge of a housing estate in Kettering. Over the years the site has been improved by volunteers, and currently consists of a building, disabled access toilet, polytunnels, ducks and chickens, raised beds, compost and wildlife areas, beehives, natural play area, pond, orchard and summer house.
