On the 28th September I will be joining a team of 22 Experian employees taking on the challenge of cycling from our Experian pH London offices to Experian pH Paris office. The ride will take 3 days, with two particularly long and nasty ones, the first and the third - the second has a 4 hour ferry followed by a 40 mile ride.
Additionally to id fundraising, I went Vegetarian throughout the whole of August. I'm pretty sure that this was worse than the cycle will be. At the start of the month, my vegetarian culinary expertise amounted to broccoli and corn on the cob, but throughout the month I discovered that Dahl, Egg and Chip curry, Aubergine, Asparagus, beans and advocado aren't all that bad... but mushrooms, beetroot salad and Quorn sausages are disgusting!
Your valuable sponsorship will go towards the Heart of Experian, The Heart of Experian Charity Fund was set up to help small groups and organisations who need our support in tough financial times. We admire these smaller groups for their passion and determination to make a difference and by providing some investment hope to make a difference to them. This charity has been set up so that there are no management fees and funds are distributed every quarter to approximately five local community groups.
Please help me to raise a minimum of £250.00. Once achieved, Experian will match the £250.00 raised.
What your gift could provide:
- £10 a fundraising uniform for a vulnerable woman at Betel UK
- £30 seeds to grow fresh fruit and veg for 25 families
- £100 Fishing therapy & mentoring weekend for young offenders
Many thanks for your support.
Joe
