I have jumped in and out of running for a couple of years never getting over 10k (only ever ran 10k twice in all this time). Both myself and Callum my 14 year old son decided to do something together for MGF. The Manchester 10k seemed like a good idea at the time of signing up, now with 4 weeks to go training started 3 days ago after not running for 7 months.
MGF is a charity that is close to us both so we wanted to do something that would help the charity and challenge us both. This is Callum’s first ever race and he will probably spend it dragging me round the course, so for that reason alone please sponsor us
