Hello! I've volunteered to abseil 100ft down St Johns Church tower in Keynsham in aid of the Life Project charity. The Life Project is a Bath based charity working with and supporting adults with learning disabilities. This'll be my first abseil since I was 14, so hopefully I'll remember what I'm doing (though I think there will be people there to remind me what to do).
