Hi all, its that time of year again where I commit myself to unnecessary pain and self harm.
As most of you will already know by now I got involved with Hug in a Bag a couple of years ago when my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer, since then I have raise quite a bit of money for this great little charity. This year I am doing the Coast to coast again (different route this time) with a bunch of lads from work and then taking part in a Dragon boat race event at Hetton Lyons country park the following week.
As always I am trying to raise as much as I can to help the girls out who run the charity so please please please be as generous as you can, every little helps.
