Hello,
*UPDATE*
Thank you for your donations. I'm afraid Fulham 10K event has been cancelled due to the fact that it's a little bit snowy https://www.adidascityruns.com/fulham-10k-postponed/. However, I plan to run the Fulham 10K on the new date (yet to be confirmed) and I'm also running the Hackney Half Marathon on 20th May, so existing and forthcoming donations are very much appreciated and not in vain.

Thanks for visiting my page. As most of you will know I don't usually run for charity but I'm making an exception because this is important.
This Sunday I'm running the Fulham 10K race to raise money for West London Welcome: the first drop-in centre for refugees, asylum seekers and migrants in West London.
The centre opened in January 2018 and already has an average of 40 client-visitors a day. It provides a free, warm safe space for people to gather, have a cup of tea and socialise, play games, come in out of the cold, learn English and share ideas, enjoy delicious hot food, and escape the often chaotic accommodation and isolating living conditions they experience in the city.
Donations raised will help to pay for:
- the cost of hot lunches and pay of the Living Wage to refugee chefs
- buying IT equipment
- pay of travel costs to asylum seekers who cannot work or receive benefits
- teaching materials for English classes.
The Centre caters primarily to vulnerable displaced individuals and communities who have settled in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham but also the wider London area.
THANK YOU!
