On Saturday 18th April 2020 I will be joining with the Ospreys in the Community team & White Rock Events on my first ever (and longest) charity bike ride from the Liberty to the Principality Stadium for Judgement Day (Ospreys v. Dragons). All money raised will help drive the Ospreys in the Community foundation programmes forward & sustain the great work done in the community, particularly for me the mental health & wellbeing initiatives such as Sporting Memories & the TACKLE project.
