Lots of walking, little talking (because I'll be out of breath for most of it, I suspect) - and lots of pictures:
I am taking part in this year's Brighton & Hove Mayor's Charities Walk on April 30th, "pioneering", as the brochure so vividly puts it, the new Brighton and Hove Way spanning 27 kilometers from Saltdean to Portslade, passing such iconic landmarks as Patcham, some cow fields, golf courses and car parks. Not to mention the Chattri Memorial and the possible sighting of New Forest ponies, of course.
So I am challenging you to
a) join me!
b) donate! I am hoping to raise money for my local charity, Emmaus Brighton & Hove, who help homeless people get back onto their own two feet.
Everyone who donates may put in a photo request - a picture of whatever it is that interests you and that I might find on the way - be that rolling hills, rainbows or a four-leaved clover (on second thought, don't pick the last option).
Thank you very much for your support!
