Team Fundraisers
I am really looking forward to joining the Team for Kingston Charitable Foundation, rowing in the iconic Kingston Dragon Boat Race, to raise money to support local people through the Kingston Charitable Foundation grants programme.
I am hoping to raise £300, as this would go directly to support a local charitable project or an individual/family in our community.
Over the last 12 months, Kingston CF have awarded 47 grants, which have directly benefitted over 24,900 local people. This is almost double the grants awarded in year one. The team have stayed true to the mission they set out at launch: to identify where social needs exist, to provide funds to local support groups, to inspire and engage with local donors, and to build sustainable funds.
90p in every £1 donated to my fundraising will go directly to support this grants programme.
