I am raising money for our wonderful BDCPS in their 70th year by doing 70 cold plunges in 70 days… yes I think I may be bonkers!!!
Every day for 70 days I will plunge into cold water (a maximum of 10 degrees) for a minimum of 2 minutes. Im sure there will be some squeeling at times, but I’m willing to look and sound like a plonker for this great cause… and having practiced over the last few days, it would appear that Lois finds it absolutely hilarious 🤣
