Karen, Yazz and myself will be walking 29.2 miles from Widnes to Pontins South-port to raise awareness of testicular cancer for The Mark Gorry Foundation. The Mark Gorry foundation is a fantastic cause that was set up by Mark Gorry after he was diagnosed with Testicular cancer in 2008 aged just 23. Sadly, at 24, Mark fell asleep in November 2009 after battling testicular cancer for 12 months. Check out their site here : www.themgf.co.uk The team of people who 'work' for The MGF all do so voluntarily. They do this in their own time to help keep Marks dream alive and to help prevent others from going through what Mark went through. If you're reading this we've already helped The Mark Gorry Foundation achieve a bit more awareness, but if you'd like to sponsor the team in the form of a donation to The Mark Gorry Foundation, we'd be more than grateful. The charity website is : http://www.themarkgorryfoundation.co.uk The site for the signs and symptoms is : http://www.themarkgorryfoundation.co.uk/love-your-balls/how-to-check Remember to check your balls and if you don't have any then check your boobies and the balls of the one you love. All and any kind donations would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you in advance for your support. Karen, Yazz and Katie.
