Hi, I am running the Leeds 10K on Sunday 9th July for Sunshine and Smiles. They are a fabulous, enthusiastic charity for children with Down syndrome based in Leeds. My children have benefitted from their events and we have always had a lovely welcome. I had my arm twisted to do this by 2 people who have now dropped out but I'm an in for a penny, in for a pound sort of gal so here I am and they had better cheer me on very enthusiastically and sponsor me loads ;) I'm not a runner and pretty unfit so wish me luck!
