It's that time of year again. The Jane Tomlinson 10K run is on July 12th in Leeds. This year, John and I are running again for Sunshine and Smiles, a charity set up by a group of parents including myself, offering support to families with a child or young person with Down Syndrome. We all have children with Down Syndrome so are aware of how important this is. As well as the regular groups, the charity organises trips, events, speech therapy, awareness training and individual support. We feel so lucky as a family to be part of this wonderful charity.
Your donations will help towards paying for all these important services.
