I have a sister who has Autism Spectrum, I am learning everyday about her disability.
But I also volunteer at the local Zigzag community shop and the support group. with others who have Autism.
Its an disability that is invisible and easily mistaken for something else. It needs more recognition and support isn't widely available for Autistic people.
Its also a challenge for me to do the 10K run as I also have disabilities myself, I am looking forward to accomplishing this challenge for myself.
