We are the 2024 KEEN London Tough Mudder team, volunteers and staff members from KEEN London, a charity that runs free 1:1 supported sessions for children with additional needs and disabilities. Every week we have a blast supporting children (we call them our athletes) to be the best they can be, and we get to see first hand the impact that your donations have on the families we work with. If our athletes can take on new challenges, push themselves, and do things they never thought possible, then we can too!
