I am running my second marathon for Spiral Sussex.The First was Brighton 2016.
Sprial Sussex helps less able people in the Brighton area mainly at a center in Lower Bevendean.
After succesfully raising money in the last marathon I am now running in October in Venice, Italy to raise money again.
I wanted to prove that the average person however old they might think they are or how unfit they might think they are.... should be grateful.I now know people at Spiral Sussex who deal with difficulties with nothing but smiles on a daily basis.
Others who give freely of their time and money too....
This keeps me right sized in my life....
