Hi alll you lovely people. i have signed up for the ring of fire (ROF) charity bike ride this year, 250 miles in 2.5 days. I have not been on a bike since I was 15 years old so that's going to be a challenge in itself. I know it's a big asked, but with all your help and support it would really help me get through the pain I am going to be putting myself through. Every little will help me I will also keep you all updated on my training I would like to thank you alll in advance.
