This is my first Great North Run, Im running for a challenge, for charity and to make my family and friends proud.
The funds raised will go to Age UK Darlington, a local charity doing a brilliant job to help vulnerable older people. They help reduce loneliness and isolation, offer impartial advice & information, provide much needed care, run health & well-being activities to enable people to live well, happy and independently for longer.
Lets see if I can do it!
