Team Fundraisers
We are Team Summerfield. We are raising money for Yorda Adventures, who take care of young people aged 5-19 with severe disabilities. Not only do they support them but also their caring families who rarely get time off to themselves. They create leisure and play activities on a non-profit basis whilst raising awareness for disabilities. This is very important as it supports these children's development to encourage them and build confidence in a safe environment.
