On 10th September 2022, I’m doing my first Tough Mudder to raise money for Stable Lives. After struggling with stress, anxiety, Ill health and some major life changing decisions over the last 3 years, the team at Stable Lives have supported me in getting back to myself, facing my challenges and looking forward to the future again. The team and the ponies have the most amazing ability to take you back to basics and learn skills and a passion that I had never considered before, whilst gently showing that life can go on, sometimes on a different, unknown path.
