Members of the (provisional) Kingston Riverside Rotary Club will be embarking on a voyage of discovery (and pain!) and rowing the Great River Race. The race is 21.6 miles and the course runs from Greenwich to Ham. We will be doing this in aid of the fantastic Young Carers' Project, run by Kingston Carers' Network (KCN) a charity dedicated to supporting children and young people between the ages of 5 and 18, who have caring responsibilities for someone at home. This project works tirelessly to offer young carers opportunities to access information, advice, support and a break from caring in a safe and positive environment outside of the home, and relies entirely on external funding. We would be extremely grateful to any and all who feel they can sponsor us and help us support this amazing charity.
