After a failed attempt at the Cardiff Half last year due to a calf injury and having to stop at 8 miles i have decided not to let that defeat me and i'm giving it a go again!!!
But this time i have decided to try and raise some money for a very good cause SVC........
SVC is a small charity based in Cardiff, where over 500 volunteers run 27 projects enhancing the lives of disadvantaged members of the community. Their work supports children and adults with disabilities, older people, homeless people, adults with mental health conditions, young carers, environmental work and crime prevention initiatives.
