I just have to swap places with Martin Green this year. He is now on the Riff Raff Marathon Prosecco bar and I have no other choice other than signing up for the race in support Hayley Saunders who tragically lost her partner to heart failure before finding out that she had her own health battle on her plate as she absorbed all the treatment and complicated operations that come with ovarian cancer. All this while still dealing with the loss of her fella. As a fellow mum of two I have to salute Hayley Saunders and dig out my trainers and a Wonder Woman outfit to join an amazing bunch of women by helping to send hayley and her kids Adam & Chloe to Lapland as a thankyou to the children for looking after their mum.
