A year ago, I was introduced to an amazing family who runs a local bereavement charity to help people who are struggling after losing someone and help them be around people again. This is a non profit charity, set up after they lost a very important person in their family. The work this charity does is second to non, from running events and fairs, to relaxation sessions and making sure people know they always have somewhere to go for a chat and a cuppa.
I am very proud to support Pam and her family, and would really appreciate any sponsorship, no matter how small, to support the walk up Snowdon Taking place on the 15th July. Anyone who knows me knows it's been a while since I have done something like this, but the cause is so great that I couldn't say no!
