Susanne & Laura have been running buddies on & off for the past few years. However due to the winter period we have both been in hibernation and have decided enough is enough and a 10K race for a great cause is just the remedy!
We will be joining 25,000 other runners & take on the full challenge of the British 10K race which is taking place in London on 13th July.
We are dusting off our running shoes in aid of a Mars Chocolate supported charity "Berkshire East and South Bucks Womens Aid".
They support all victims of domestic abuse & their families in the local community.
