In a moment of madness, I entered a competition to win a place in the London Marathon and to my delight I won!
I am running to support the Dementia Services that Age Connects Torfaen provide for people living throughout Torfaen. Age Connects Torfaen is a registered charity providing services for people aged 50 plus.
I am running and supporting Age Connects Torfaen Dementia Services in memory of my beloved dad, running the marathon together was always a dream of ours but dad sadly passed away in 2016 from Alzheimer's.This year I get to run the marathon although dad won't be physically with me I know he will be by my side every step of the way.
Please help me in raising as much money as possible to help others living with dementia and their families.
