Bath Half Marathon for First Steps Bath

I am nearly 50 and overweight. In November 2016, I signed up through Ros Lambert to support this excellent children's charity at the Dog and Fox in Bradford on Avon. I know many families who have benefited from their services. Every training run is painful. Every step hurts. Every part of my body hurts. Do not underestimate the pain and effort going into this. I have nothing else to talk about. Friends don't contact me anymore. My existence is mind numbingly boring. I have become mind numbingly boring. Nobody expected or expects me to finish. So have a flutter! Sponsor me and I'll reward you with a drink at the Dog and Fox in a few months if I'm still around. I'll be the slim athletic one sitting in the corner with no friends.
