Hi guys!
Im running marathon number three in Stockholm this June. I will be running in aid of Alliance for Choice, the leading charity campaigning to decriminalise abortion in Northern Ireland.
N.I remains the only part of the UK where women are unable to access free, safe and legal abortions with as many as 28 a week having to travel overseas to access the healthcare they are entitled to. This was ruled as a breach of human rights by the UK supreme court this summer and still the DUP and conservative government continue to block the repeal of sections 50 & 59 of the 1861 OAPA. For too long woman have been treated as second class citizens ruled by an outdated 150 yr old law. Let's fight to change this!
